We want you to love your MERIT routine, which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on all orders within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unused to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your MERIT products in their original mailer or a similar box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
